Head office
meets the
shop floor.

The system says you have inventory. The shelf says you don't. Head office says the product is a dud and cuts the range. FieldPulse puts the task on the phone of the person standing in the store: the store team, the vendor rep, the field merchandiser.

The product, captured

It isn't a dud product. It's in the back.

A line with inventory on hand and no sales for weeks looks, on every report you own, like a slow seller. Most of the time it isn't. It's on a pallet, mis-shelved, or never made it out of receiving. The demo estate has 836,398 line-weeks like that.

Each one gets an explanation and a count task for the store. FieldPulse is where that task lands. It does the first pass on the data. The person in the store does the second, on the shelf.

Black holes: ten lines with inventory on hand and no sales, each with a plain-English explanation and a FieldPulse count task for the store.
Look at the Why column, then What to do. Store 320 holds 7,124 units of a line that sells at 142 other stores at 3.7 a week, and has sold none here in 105 days. The task: count it; if the units exist, put them on the floor; if they don't, fix the record. For you: the line your report calls a dud gets a sentence and a task instead of a range cut. This is the one full screen on the page. Analytics · Black holes · demo estate · names, prices and geography invented; sales, inventory and gaps real
The closed loop

From alert to resolved in hours, not days

FieldPulse closes the loop between the data and the action, with a name on every step.

Step 1 · StockPulse detects
No sales for 14 days, with 48 units on hand, at one store
StockPulse flags it, decides it needs a physical shelf check, and raises a count task.
Step 2 · FieldPulse notifies
Push notification fires to the assigned merchandiser's phone
"Go check shelf, Bay 4." The merchandiser accepts the task with one tap.
Step 3 · Merchandiser investigates
Goes to the shelf. Finds the issue. Reports it with photo evidence.
Selects the issue type: stock missing, damaged, no pricing, wrong location, competitor activity. Takes a photo. Marks resolved or escalates.
Step 4 · Loop closed. Record updated.
Issue resolved. Head office sees it close in real time.
Full audit trail: who found it, what the issue was, how it was fixed, how long it took. Store, vendor and head office each see the same record.
Built for everyone on the retail floor

One app. Every role.

Store manager

Inventory health, open issues, team performance, on one screen.

Merchandiser

Receives tasks, checks shelves, reports issues, closes tickets, in one app.

Vendor rep

Sees their own product performance and issues across stores, so the argument about whose fault it is has a record to point at.

Head office

Every open issue across the estate, ranked by what it costs. 4,000 exceptions, and the eleven that matter at the top.

  2. 2 · The findings"Here is what it found in your data." The engine has never met a real dataset it did not find something embarrassing in. Evidence about you, not persuasion.
